They provide rent and mortgage assistance, water bill assistance, and Emergency food. To receive help, you would need to call and set up an appointment. The documents you need are: Two forms of identification; Proof of income; Award letter for SSI, TANF or child support; Eviction or Disconnect notice if applicable. They are open Monday-Friday 8:30am -4:30pm.
- City of Houston-"W.A.T.E.R Program"(4200 Leeland Houston, TX 77023; 713-371-1400)
