Does Bread of life help with bills (utility/electric, rent, rental deposits, car notes/car repairs, etc.)?

No, at the moment we do not have the resources to assist with these things.

1. The Salvation Army (2208 Main Street   Houston, TX 77002; 713-658 9205)

They provide rent and mortgage assistance, water bill assistance, and Emergency food. To receive help, you would need to call and set up an appointment. The documents you need are: Two forms of identification; Proof of income; Award letter for SSI, TANF or child support; Eviction or Disconnect notice if applicable. They are open Monday-Friday 8:30am -4:30pm.

1. City of Houston-"W.A.T.E.R Program"(4200 Leeland Houston, TX 77023; 713-371-1400)
